I got to spend Valentine’s weekend with an old friend exploring The Dalles and surrounding area. This is the third time I have been to White River Falls and the abandoned hydroelectric plant. The falls are absolutely stunning, and the old hydroelectric plant doesn’t disappoint for the adventurer who dares to crawl into the crumbling walls.
