Today my brother Devin, his fiance’ Amber and my sister Erin came down to Corvallis for a visit. I recently found out about this abandoned train station, called Pirtle Transfer Station, which is just south of Albany. Though not a super large building, you can tell it was once a beautiful hub along the Oregon Electric Railroad.
