It has been such an amazing experience to photograph the early stages of this little girl’s life. From a newborn, to one year old, watching her grow and change has been so much fun to see. With a smile that can light up any room, and a personality big enough to fill one, Violet is already melting hearts everywhere. 🙂

This smash cake session for her 1-year birthday was a blast! Her mom and I did some Pinteresting to come up with a DIY backdrop, and it turned out so cute! Violet wasn’t to sure what to think about the cake at first, but as soon as she realized she could eat it, it was game over….
