On the second day of our trip to Michigan, Becca took me to a couple more of her favorite places. Our first stop was Pyramid Point which looks out over Lake Michigan. One thing I didn’t expect was for the great lakes to look so tropical. The turquoise water was absolutely breathtaking.

We did a quick drive by of the enormous Sleeping Bear Dune. Becca was telling me that climbing to the top of it was just the beginning. Apparently it stretches on forever. I decided to save that hike for another day 🙂

We had so much fun driving around in her dad’s convertible just taking in the sights. It ended with a beautiful sunset over a gorgeous vineyard, and we called it a day. A really good day.
