Day 8…

With our road trip coming to an end, Devin and I spent a couple of relaxing days at Crystal Crane Hot Springs. We had initially planned to see some things in the area, but decided we were okay taking a break from the car, and that there would always be another trip.

We spent our time playing games, relaxing, eating delicious food at the Crane Cafe, and a whole lot of soaking in the hot spring. It was a perfect way to end our trip.

Looking back on the miles we drove, the things we saw, the people we met, the friends we caught up with, I feel so lucky to have experienced it all with my brother. We could not have had a better time, and there is absolutely nothing I would have changed. I can’t believe all of the incredible things we were able to see, both planned and unexpected.

Devin and I have never done anything like this before, and I honestly can’t wait to plan another adventure and hit the open road again. I’m so thankful to have Devin for a brother and for the memories we share. There’s a quote that says, “Because I have a brother, I will always have a friend,” and that couldn’t be more true.

These photos are from our last day in Crane as we watched the sun rise over the desert plateau spilling onto the desert sage and reflecting off the glassy surface of the pond. It was breathtaking. And there you have it. Another epic adventure for the books.
